Last Wednesday saw the return of the Aquinas Talent Show! An
annual event organised by the Student Council which showcases the greatest
talent in the College. And this year did not disappoint.
Students who attended the free event were treated to a
spectacular show of musical variety. The 2 hour show had a splendid mixture of
singers, dancers and jazz musicians. All performed to the highest standard of
talent in front of our very own panel of Judges. 2 teachers joined a special
student judge who won our twitter competition. Ruth Pinion who was randomly
selected after retweeting us on twitter. The final judge was an invited guest
from Ashton Student Council who have been establishing a working partnership
with Aquinas.
However there has to be a winner in these. While all performed
to a great standard. The winner was announced to be Nichele Acosta who raised to roof with her dancing, especially when
Gangnam style blasted through the lecture theatre. The winner won a £20 cheque
from the Student Council.

working with their UCAS or apprenticeship applications.
